Design
Documentation is made mainly according to the following standards:
- EN 13445
- ASME BPVC Section VIII Div 1 (ASME stamp with U designation)
- EN 14015
- WUDT-UC
- PD 5500
- if necessary we use FEA analyses
We can also develop documentation according to:
- AD-2000 Merkblatt
- API 650
- EN 12952
- EN 12953
- EN 13480
Beside norm requirements and upon agreement, we implement customer specifications, as well as additional special requirments of bulletins/ auxiliary standars, e. g.
- nozzel loads (WRC 107, WRC 297, EN 13445, PD5500),
- fatigue analyses,
- wind/ snow and seismic loads acc. to Eurocodes or national codes,
- special requirements concerning materials for equipment operating in acidic environments (NACE MR0175, NACE MR0103, ISO 15156 norm series) exposed to diverse corrosive phenomena.
A dedicated engineer is assigned to every order; who sooperates closely with the customer, ensuring the execution of all design and special requirements. He is present at every stage of equipment production, providing a real opportunity to fully optimize the project.
Before the purchase of materials and prefabrication of the device, the technical documentation is checked in terms of execution possibility and conformity to all required norms and specifications of the customer by the project conformity team (designers, process engineers, quality controllers) and a third party (notified body, ASME inspector, customer inspector), if required.

- Visual Vessel Design – by HEXAGON
- Product Design & Manufacturing Collection by AUTODESK (made up of ca. 50 items, incl.: Inventor Professional, Fusion 360, Vault, Autocad Mechanical, Inventor Nastran).
Documentation is created in Polish-English as standard, however, it is possible, to provide it upon agreement in any language version.
Documentation is provided as:
- Flat documentation in any format, e.g. dwg, dxf, pdf,
- 3D model in any format of the dedicated software,
- 3D browser-readable model (no additional software necessary).
